Campaign Management
We provide tools for brands to discover, vet, and collaborate with creators across multiple digital platforms.
Automated Payments
Our secure escrow system ensures creators get paid promptly upon completion of agreed milestones.
User Obligations
Authenticity
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Professional Conduct
Communication within the platform must remain professional and free from harassment or discriminatory language.
Compliance
All sponsored content must comply with local advertising laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines.
Intellectual Property
ViralDuck owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the "Duck" logo, pixel-art graphics, and proprietary matching algorithms.
Content Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a Campaign Agreement, Creators retain the copyright to their original content while granting the Brand a limited usage license for specific marketing purposes as defined in the project scope.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRALDUCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the total amount paid to ViralDuck by you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
